“BE WARN, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE, this place is horrible! In all the oh so many countries I've been to, I would say this is the worst place I've stayed. The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. I hardly slept. When I was about to take a shower, there were hundreds more of ants crawling on the bathroom ceiling, it was so...

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”

“Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. Also I loved the location which was so conveniently located close to SM mall, secret garden restaurant which is right opposite the hotel and had great food/cute seating. The...

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin”

“I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit!
