Hotel a Campo John Hay

“Great and I will definitely come back again and it’s our third time here.”

“We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.”

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. 10 minutes away from downtown If you want a quiet place to stay I recommend this.”

“Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.”

“Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.”

“Excellent stay, room very comfortable and clean. Our next time in the city we may select this place again. Again thank you..”

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“Clean room, staff are friendly.”

“Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.”

“I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!”
